Checklists for the customer order (ems Web)

Site inspections, daily property checks, daily reports, acceptance reports and much more can be completed with the help of checklists. The checklists form part of customer orders. These are stored via ems Web (how to do this: Create checklists) and are completed exclusively in ems Mobile(checklists for the service order (ems Mobile)) and sent to the customer if necessary.

The checklists completed via ems Mobile are saved as PFDs under Documents . The Checklists tab in ems Web contains the list of all completed checklists with the checklist type, date and creator.

In the Documents tab, the stored checklist can be shared – option Share the document anonymously (access and link):
