ems Mobile is the mobile web app for smartphones and tablets that focuses on finger operation. Compared to the desktop app, it does not offer all functions, but is specially designed for use by employees on the move. Nevertheless, functions are also available for line managers.

The following section describes the service order function in ems Mobile. You can access the service report in two ways.
- * You open the “Customer orders” list, where you can see all orders for which you have authorization. You do not have access to archived orders via ems Mobile.
- * You open an order via the “Shift planning” menu item. You can now open and edit the order regardless of the authorizations you have set. You can access the order as the “Responsible person” or as an “Assistant” from the shift planning.
