Import of supplier price data (ELDAS) #
The ELDAS catalog does not include supplier price data. To import the supplier price list, request the corresponding price file from your desired supplier.

You will receive the price file in a ZIP file by e-mail or by download.
Important: The import takes a very long time, it is recommended to carry out the import overnight.
Start the ems system and switch to the “Item management” menu, then click on the “Data exchange” icon at the top right.
Select “Import ELDAS supplier prices” and then drag the ZIP file into the upload field. (Important: It is not possible to upload the unzipped file).
After uploading the file, it is automatically analyzed. Now use the magnifying glass to select the desired supplier. Once this has been selected, click on “Save”. Processing of the data starts.
