Recording time for the other employee #

Depending on your authorizations, you can also record the times of another employee. To do this, click on the following symbol.

You can select the desired employee from the list. Please note that all authorizations and settings depend on the selected employee.
Recording times via the time clock #
The time clock is a simple way of recording times. The time clock is used to record times with “coming”, “going” or a “change of work”.
Employees with the “clock in” recording type may only record times using the time clock. They are not permitted to record or change times via the list.

To start the time, first select the appropriate time type under point (1) and then click on “Start”. Time recording now starts. You can also close the app, but the time will continue to run.
To stop the time, click on “Stop”, this stops the running time. If no time is running yet, this function has no effect. Times can also be started from other locations (e.g. a recording terminal) and stopped here.
If you want to carry out a work change, you can directly select a different time type (or order) while the time is running and click on “Start”. The system will now automatically stop the current time and restart it.
You can find an overview of the recorded times in the “List” tab.
Recording times by manual entry #

Click on the “Plus” button to enter a manual entry.
Depending on the setting, you only have the option of recording data via the time clock. In this case, the red “plus” is not visible.

First select the desired time type under point (1). After selection, the possible time recording types are displayed. These can now be selected under point (2).
Only then do you enter “Start” and “End”. With simplified recording (when the “simple” recording type is active), it is sufficient to enter the hours without a time (e.g. 2 hours). The entry is always entered on the day selected in the list.
Editing times #

As long as the data has not been released, you can select and edit it in the list.
Data can no longer be processed under the following circumstances:
- The data was transferred to time recording via a time request.
- You do not have the authorizations for this time type.
- The data has already been released by you (employee) – you can read about visa withdrawal here: Release of employee reports.
- The data has already been released by a project manager (control visa).
- The data has already been released by a supervisor (final visa).
